oh my gosh, this place is amazing! the complimentary toiletries were from acqua di parma. the turndown service left adorable chocolates on my pillow each night. i did love that they gave me complimentary water bottles daily too! they are so cute.
i think the only thing is i wish i had a better view from the room window. it kinda stunk a little bit.

I stayed in a family room and it was great! the location is super central, just a short walk to the stations. i loved the thermal floor. The pool and aromatherapy steam room were amazing!!! the breakfast buffet had a great variety too.
i stayed in room 540 and the curtains did not block the morning light. i woke up because of that!!! also, the bidet drain was not functioning. i saw dust that had not been removed properly.
